Delta-ets provides a set of e-tendering tools to facilitate the mission critical tendering processes.
For Public Sector Buyers
Delta-ets is used for handling the full life cycle of the tendering process, from initial notification of requirements through Expressions of Interest, the issuing of Invitations to Tender (ITTs), to receiving and evaluating the final tenders, including optional reverse auctions.
The Project e-notice service can be used to submit contract announcements for publication in:
- Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU)
- Supply2.gov.uk lower-value notice portal
- Government Opportunities and Contrax Weekly
- MOD Defence Contracts Bulletin
For Private Sector Suppliers
Delta-ets is free for suppliers wishing to compete for government contract opportunities. Suppliers can complete and manage a Select supplier profile, submit electronic expressions of interest, respond to Invitations to Tender (ITT) and access various public sector buyer profiles sites containing contract information. In addition suppliers can also seek Select Accredition.
